Ferrari SA <span class=Aperta" width="500" height="375">
New surprises from Ferrari – Maranello, 24th September 2010 – Ferrari is very delighted to announce the presentation of the SA APERTA at the Paris International Motor Show 2010. This is a special series model of which a strictly limited number of just 80 will be built. All have already been sold. Ferrari chose to build 80 SA APERTAs in celebration of Pininfarina’s 80th anniversary. The SA nomenclature also pays homage to both Sergio and Andrea Pininfarina whose company and work have been linked to the most successful road-going cars ever built at Maranello. The SA APERTA is a true roadster which allows its occupants to enjoy the superlative emotions afforded by our signature front-engined V12 architecture in a completely open-top setting. In fact, it has just a light soft top designed to be resorted to only if the weather gets particularly bad. A low-slung windscreen and the fact that it crouches lower to the ground than our other models lend the SA APERTA an exceptionally aerodynamic sleekness. Its profile arches back from the A-post to two aerodynamic fins beautifully integrating the two roll-bars which themselves cleverly mimic the outline of the seats.

The chassis has been redesigned to deliver a standard of stiffness comparable to that of a closed berlinetta and there is a negligible weight difference also, thanks to work done on the chassis structure. Thanks to the 670 CV engine beneath its bonnet, the SA APERTA beautifully embodies the sporty spirit of the 599, incorporating Ferrari’s most advanced technology to deliver absolutely benchmark performance and superb driving pleasure. Its interior too is stylishly sporty with particularly sophisticated materials, trim and colours used throughout. The virtually endless combinations available guarantee that each and every SA APERTA is absolutely unique.

Ferrari Romeo Chevrolet Corvette
Ferrari always offer the best to their consumers, once attended by Romeo Ferrari Ferraris Chevrolet Corvette Z06-RF. The extraordinary power reached by the ZR1 of General Motors and the Z06-RF Romeo Ferraris has been possible thanks to a supercharger: a volumetric one for the ZR1 and a centrifugal one for the Z06-RF. The kit chosen by Romeo Ferraris for the Z06-RF has been realized by Vortech and includes a centrifugal supercharger, an air-air aluminium intercooler, a bypass valve, alluminium installation supports, a high capacity gasoline pump and increased injectors. However there are several differences between the two cars: the engine’s capacity, the exhaust system and the final performances. In fact the ZR1 has been developed on the base of the LS9 6.2 litre engine, but the 7.0 litre LS7 that equips the Z06 permitted Romeo Ferraris to take advantage of the higher cubic capacity. First of all the higher reliability and, thanks to a high performance exhaust system realized by the Factory and a careful optimization of the electronics, to obtain more horse power at lower number of rpm (677 bhp at 6000 rpm vs 646 bhp at 6500 rpm of the ZR1) with more disposable torque all speed long: up to 823 Nm at 4950 rpm (The ZR1 reaches the maximum peak of 819 Nm at 3900 rpm). Therefore the Z06-RF is much more aggresive than the ZR1 and reaches the extraordinary speed of 340 km/h, still remaining a every-day-car if driven under 3000 rpm. It’s enough to touch the gas pedal with more decision to transform this supercar in a spaceship: the numbers speak out, the Z06-RF does 0-100 km/h in 3,3 seconds and passes 200km/h in less than 10 seconds.

A Ferrari is suposed to be black, red,or yellow. The first Ferrari color was yellow and not Red as many folk think. Ferrari also has an internally managed merchandising line that istributes everything from eye glasses, pens, scent, clothing, high-tech cycles to portable computer PCs carrying the Ferrari brand.

Ferrari has become unanimous with speed, status and subtlety.

Ferrari’s autos are among the most fascinating of automobiles to have and drive, and are one of the final standing symbols of wealth in the world. A Ferrari is extraordinarily cheap if you do not mind purchasing a second hand auto.

A Ferrari is certainly a who and not a what! Ferrari cars, are one of the most wanted cars in the world, usually due to both the firms and automobiles reputes, they’re also regarded as a sybmol of success.Ferrari F40 is among the fastest and most pricey ferrari vehicles. Ferraris are an idea of life as much as an auto, and they have kept their love intact, right up into this age of computer created everything. A Ferrari is, to several, more than an auto : it’s a work of creativity. It is like no other auto in the world, the hint of the leather, the sound of the exhaust, nothing comes close.

A Ferrari is usually not an automobile to drive on a day-to-day basis, it definitely can be driven regularly, giving the owner a feeling of pride and a little taste of the Ferrari mystique. Ferrari road vehicles, noted for wonderful styling by design homes like Pininfarina, have long been one of the final accessories for the wealthy. Ferrari is the most oldest team left in the championship, not to mention the most prosperous : the team holds almost each Formula One record. Ferrari’s first models were sports / racing automobiles quite dissimilar from the grand touring models that followed.

Ferrari was quickly moved into the Gran Turismo market, and the majority of the firm’s sales remain in this area. Ferrari entered the mid-engined 12-cylinder fray with the Berlinetta Fighter in 1971. Ferrari street autos have a badge that’s like ’s racing

Ferrari car’s quality and trustworthiness is mythical and with Charles Hurst’ heritage and service experience offered by our Ferrari vehicle dealers you want look no farther. In the mid 1990s, Ferrari added the letter “F ” to the start of all models ( a practice quickly deserted after the F512M and F355, but recently picked up again with the F430 ).

The Ferrari F430 is a two-seater that can be found in 2 forms ; the Berlinetta and the Spider. The F430 has been produced since 2004 and production continues till now.

Top Luxury Fiery Ferrari For Sale

The Fiery Ferrari For Sale

The Fiery Ferrari - Ferrari For Sale

If you are looking to buy a vehicle, there is no name for cars that is better known or more renowned than that of the Ferrari, so if there is a Ferrari for sale somewhere, you would really be missing out if you did not at least test drive it. However, if you are looking to purchase a Ferrari, it would be a good idea to know a little bit more about the Ferrari and the Ferrari company itself. Ever since the company began, Ferrari has made many different models of their now famous vehicles. They have participated in making Ferraris in all areas of motorsport including racing, road cars, and then finally in the super car market.
The Scuderia Ferrari is the kind of Ferrari that is used in races, and since it started racing, the Scuderia Ferrari has become not only the oldest racing car but also the most successful. The Ferraris racing have won numerous times, and many have clocked in fastest laps in certain races. Over the years, the Ferrari racecar has been a coveted vehicle by race drivers around the world as their record on the race track continued to prove that the Ferrari could compete with any racecar made.
After the success of the Ferrari racecars, there was no reason for the Ferrari Company not to try their vehicles as regular road cars. Their road cars proved to be just as successful and popular as the racecars. Actually the road cars made by Ferrari are a big part of the sales for Ferrari even today. Ferrari even started to make mid-engine cars, and then they moved to the production of the twelve cylinder in the Testarossa, possibly the most famous Ferrari.
The Ferrari had become such a coveted vehicle that the Ferrari company decided to enter the super car market. The Ferrari Company wanted to build faster, sleeker, and more advanced than the other Ferraris made for the road. These Ferraris were also considered concept cars and were often displayed in show rooms for their innovation and creativity. As part of their super car line, Ferrari started to build their vehicles as hybrids and bio-fuel cars.
Perhaps if there was anything more recognizable than the Ferrari itself, it’s the Ferrari symbol. The first part of the symbol that is noticeable is the black stallion that the maker of the first Ferrari, Enzo Ferrari, was asked to use on his cars by the Countess Paolina because she said it would bring him luck. The yellow background is symbolic of Enzo Ferrari’s birthplace, Modena, and then there are three stripes of green, white, and red to symbolize the Italian national colors.
As you can see, Ferrari has been creating high class, spectacular vehicles for years, and with the creative team the Ferrari Company has, their cars just keep getting better. The look of the Ferrari is getting sleeker, and the engine is getting more powerful. If you ever get the chance to drive a Ferrari, it will promise to be a ride you will never forget.

The new Ferrari 430 Scuderia will join the road-going V8 line-up alongside the F430 coupe and the F430 Spider. The 430 Scuderia is a truly high-performance 2-seater berlinetta which demonstrates how Ferrari’s Formula 1 know-how is carried across to its production cars.

The new model is a special series based on the F430 and is aimed specifically at Ferrari’s most passionate and sports-driving oriented clients. Development focused on light weight, minimum trimmings and innovative technology. All this to exalt the car’s extremely high-performance and ability to thrill the driver.

The new car can count on an extremely low weight-to-power ratio of just 2.45 kg per bhp thanks to a low dry weight of just 2755 lb – 220 lb less than the F430 – and to the naturally-aspirated 4308cc V8′s 510 bhp at 8500 rpm.

Vehicle dynamics, control and performance thus represent the zenith of Ferrari’s achievements in terms of developing road-certified sports cars.

The 430 Scuderia will be officially unveiled by Michael Schumacher at the IAA Motor Show in Frankfurt in September 2007.

Top Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano 2011

Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano

When it first debuted, the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano set a new standard in terms of performance that remains a benchmark for new sports car development to this day. Now Ferrari is introducing the new Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano HGTE (Handling Gran Turismo Evoluzione) package for the model to further underscore its sportiness and handling.
The package includes a modified set-up with stiffer springs and rear anti-roll bar as well as new calibration settings for the magnetorheological shock absorbers when the manettino is at its sportier settings. The ride height has also been lowered which in turn lowers the car’s centre of gravity. This combined with the new set-up helps improve body control. The package also includes specifically optimised tyres featuring a compound that offers even better grip.
The car’s electronics have also evolved to ensure even more prompt response to driver commands. The F1 gearbox’s shifts are now even faster in high-performance settings, while a new engine software strategy has improved accelerator response.

Top Ferrari 575 GTZ Zagato 2011

Ferrari 575 GTZ Zagato

Yoshiyuki Hayashi is a famous Japanese car collector, who owns numerous cars of great historical value, including several Ferraris such as the 166MM, the 250 Spider California, two Daytonas – a coupĂ© and a spider – and the Ferrari Enzo.
In the classic tradition of the keen purchaser of exclusive cars who stimulated the creativeness of Italian coachbuilders in the 1950s and 1960s, Yushiyuki Hayashi asked Zagato if it would be possible to create a body for his Ferrari 575M, in the style of the famous 250GTZ berlinetta.
When Zagato received this request, it informed Ferrari of the project, which would be a good opportunity to celebrate the model’s anniversary, and then created a car that harked back to the 250 GTZ, built around the Ferrari 575.
Like its forebear, the Ferrari 575 GTZ Zagato has an all-aluminium body, and, as a tribute to Ferrari and to two-seater Italian sports cars, it has joined the exclusive group of cars that are the fruit of the tradition of custom-built cars.

The Ferrari-Powered 1986 Lancia Thema 8.32

Classic : The Ferrari-Powered 1986 Lancia Thema 8.32

All the talk about the Fiat Group’s plans to re-badge the redesigned 2011 Chrysler 300 (see our high-res gallery here) and re-brand it as the Lancia Thema in Europe, brought to mind the original Thema of the mid-1980s and -1990s, and especially, the Ferrari V8-powered 8.32 model.

Introduced at the 1984 Turin Motor Show, the Thema was Lancia’s flagship sedan, sharing the “Type Four” platform with the Fiat Croma, Alfa Romeo 164 and the Saab 9000.

Shaped by the hands of Giorgetto Giugiaro, the boxy sedan model featured a 0.32 drag coefficient, which was an impressive figure at the time. Being a luxury model, it featured a comprehensive list of standard and optional features, including automatic air conditioning and heated seats wrapped in leather or Alcantara.

It also came with a wide range of engine choices, while in 1986, Lancia enhanced the range with the introduction of the Pininfarina-styled Station Wagon. All in all, Lancia sold a total of 358,000 examples of the Thema between 1984 and 1994.

Two years after the launch of the model, Lancia executives decided to step it up a notch with the presentation of the Thema 8.32, perhaps better known as the “Thema Ferrari”. The Italian Q-car was fitted with a 3.0-liter 32valve V8 engine (hence the 8.32 in the name) sourced from Ferrari. Power was sent to the front wheels through a five-speed manual gearbox.

There were two Thema 8.32 models, the Series 1, which was produced from 1986 to 1988 and featured a 215HP version of the Ferrari V8, and the Series 2, built from 1989 to 1992, which came with catalytic converters and was rated at 205 hp.

The Ferrari-powered Thema completed the 0-100 km/h (62 mph) sprint in 6.8 seconds (Series 2: 7.2 seconds) and achieved a top speed of 240 km/h or 149mph (Series 2: 235 km/h). At the time, some argued that the available 2.0-liter turbocharged model was equally capable in terms of performance, while being lighter and more agile than the 8.32, but that’s another story.

The styling of the Thema 8.32 was rather discreet with exterior upgrades being limited to the different grille, tailpipes, gold/yellow pinstripes on the sides, a retractable rear boot lid spoiler and the alloy wheel designs. Inside, the flagship Thema offered buyers a full leather treatment (or Alcantara) along with a wood trimmed dashboard featuring unique gauges and a three spoke leather steering wheel.

A total of 3,971 Thema 8.32s were built, out of which 32 Series 1 and 32 Series 2 models were offered in a special Ferrari-red finish. You can check out some used examples from Europe in the links below.
